We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with a strong background in Android application development to join our team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building secure, high-performance mobile applications, preferably within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector.

- Location: We prioritize Pune-based candidates. Applicants from other locations are welcome only if they are prepared to travel to Pune for the in-person interview.

- Role Type: This is a long-term, full-time commitment at our Pune headquarters.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
- Integrate Flutter applications with native Android and iOS components.
- Implement secure coding practices aligned with industry-standard BFSI security protocols.
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and payment/identity gateways.
- Debug and optimize application performance for scalability and smooth UI transitions.
- Participate in code reviews and follow Agile development practices.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in Flutter development.
- Core Skills: Expert knowledge of Flutter, Dart, State Management (Provider/Bloc/Riverpod), and Git.
- Technical Knowledge: JSON, REST APIs, and high-fidelity UI/UX implementation.
- Domain: Previous experience in the BFSI sector is highly preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Firebase, ML Kit, or advanced analytics tools.
- Familiarity with App Store and Play Store deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
