Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the IT industry. The candidate should have strong recruitment skills along with basic knowledge of payroll processing, employee engagement activities, and daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Digital Marketing profiles.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and attendance data.
- Assist in payroll preparation and salary coordination.
- Organize employee engagement activities and team events.
- Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.
- Handle employee queries and maintain positive workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong recruitment and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and attendance management.
- Understanding of HR operations and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with job portals and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidate with experience in IT or Digital Marketing company preferred.
