- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with creative, media, analytics, and production teams.
- Ensure seamless communication between departments to deliver integrated solutions.
- Budget & Resource Management
- Manage client budgets, optimize resource allocation, and provide financial forecasts.
- Ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI within agreed budgets.
- Business Development
- Identify upselling opportunities and expand accounts.
- Lead pitches for new business and contribute to agency growth.
