Role Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. This role is field + tele-sales mix, focused on converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, field visits, and referrals
2. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Handle queries, follow-ups, and renewals
3. Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales, revenue, and collection targets set by management
4. Product Pitch: Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients. Share proposals, quotations, and close deals
5. Market Research: Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends. Share feedback with marketing team
6. CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deals closed in CRM/Excel
7. Reporting: Submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to Sales Manager
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any stream. MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory
- Skills: Good communication in English + Hindi, negotiation, convincing ability, basic MS Excel
- Traits: Target-driven, confident, good convincing skills, willing to do field visits
- Tools: Comfortable with CRM, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets
KPIs for the role:
Monthly sales target, lead-to-conversion ratio, client retention, collection efficiency
