- Minimum 5 years in aluminium foundry
1. Production Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate with foundry and machine shop teams to meet production targets.
- Plan casting and machining schedules based on customer orders.
2. Coordination & Workflow Management
- Ensure smooth coordination between foundry, machining, and finishing departments.
- Monitor production flow from raw material to finished product.
- Avoid delays by proper planning of manpower, machines, and materials.
3. Material Planning
- Plan and monitor availability of raw materials like aluminium ingots, alloys, and consumables.
- Coordinate with purchase department for timely procurement.
4. Machine Shop Planning
- Allocate machining jobs based on machine capacity (CNC, VMC, etc.).
- Ensure proper tool availability and machine utilization.
- Reduce idle time and improve productivity.
5. Foundry Planning
- Plan melting schedules and casting sequences.
- Coordinate die preparation and mould availability.
- Ensure proper utilization of furnaces and casting machines.
6. Production Monitoring
- Track daily production vs plan and report deviations.
- Analyze production data and improve efficiency.
- Maintain production reports and records.
7. Quality & Process Control
- Ensure production follows quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with quality team to reduce rejection and rework.
8. Inventory & Dispatch Planning
- Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress) and finished goods.
- Plan dispatch schedules as per delivery commitments.
9. Team Management
- Supervise planners, supervisors, and operators.
- Guide team for achieving targets and improving performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
