Job Title: Service Engineer – Aftersales
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 2–6 Years
Job Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in after-sales service, field service, or equipment maintenance.
- Experience with material handling equipment, industrial machinery, construction equipment, or heavy equipment is preferred.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), warranty services, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, inspection, and preventive maintenance of material handling equipment.
- Attend customer complaints and provide after-sales and warranty support.
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) before equipment delivery.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
- Train operators on equipment usage and safety practices.
- Manage spare parts inventory, dispatch, and warehouse stock.
- Handle AMC services, warranty extensions, and mandatory warranty maintenance.
- Prepare service reports and maintain MIS documentation.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.
- Support the growth of OEM after-sales service and spare parts business.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
