Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and completing construction projects on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and supervise civil construction projects from start to handover.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement of construction materials and equipment.
- Monitor project costs and control expenses within the approved budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Review contractor bills, work progress, and project documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Manage project risks and implement corrective actions when required.
- Obtain necessary approvals and ensure statutory compliance.
- Lead and motivate site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in civil construction project management.
- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial projects is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and project execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong planning, budgeting, and project coordination abilities.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management software.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality control.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
