Job Description
Arka Jain University is looking for energetic and result-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our Admissions & Outreach Team. The role involves engaging with prospective students and parents, counselling them on university programs, and converting leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students generated through digital leads, walk-ins, and referrals
- Counsel students and parents about UG, PG, Diploma & Online programs offered by Arka Jain University
- Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, and admission process clearly
- Follow up with interested candidates to ensure conversion within deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with the admissions, marketing, and operations team
- Attend review meetings and training sessions regularly
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
- Prior experience in tele sales, education counselling, or admissions preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (local language is a plus)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented, disciplined, and professional approach
- Ability to work under pressure during admission seasons
