About the Role
Lead beneficiary enrolment, outreach, and hospital partnerships for Soulfree’s INSPIRE Rehabilitation Centre for persons with Spinal Cord Injuries. Build a strong beneficiary pipeline, strengthen referral networks, and improve conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Beneficiary Enrolment
- Build & manage prospective beneficiary pipeline
- Create NGO charter
- Ensure seamless enrolment
2. Hospital & Referral Partnerships
- Build relationships with hospitals & trauma centres
- Establish referral networks
- Position Soulfree as preferred partner
3. Pipeline & Conversion Management
- Collaborate with Social Work team
- Track enquiry-to-admission journey
- Improve enrolment rates
4. Awareness & Communication
- Support outreach initiatives
- Strengthen digital presence
- Showcase impact stories
5. Process & Systems
- Improve enrolment workflows & SOPs
- Implement tracking systems
- Support expansion into new geographies
6. Team & Volunteer Management
- Build a network of volunteers
- Manage volunteer engagement & performance
- Enable coordination across stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in Outreach / Partnerships
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work / Healthcare / Public Health / Business
- Experience with Hospitals / NGOs / Rehabilitation Centres preferred
