Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Perinthalmanna
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and increase student admissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Develop business growth strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission and onboarding processes.
- Maintain sales reports and CRM records.
Requirements
- Must have prior experience in the Education/EdTech sector.
- Proven experience in business development, admissions, or institutional sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
