- Complex Case Management: Independently setup, prime, and manage the heart-lung machine for advanced adult and/or pediatric cardiac surgeries (including CABG, valve replacements, and aortic aneurysms).
- Advanced Mechanical Circulatory Support: Initiate, monitor, and troubleshoot Extra-Corporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) and Ventricular Assist Devices (VAD) in the OT and CT-ICU.
- Blood Conservation: Oversee autotransfusion (cell saver) operations and enforce rigorous blood management protocols.
- Leadership & Training: Mentoring junior perfusionists, perfusion students, and nursing staff on extracorporeal technologies.
- Emergency & On-Call: Participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule to support trauma cases and emergency cardiac interventions.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
