*Job Summary*
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Associate – Logistics** to manage inbound and outbound logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in logistics coordination, shipment tracking, inventory movement, MIS reporting, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics operations.
* Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatches and deliveries.
* Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues.
* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
* Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate documentation.
* Maintain logistics records, invoices, and dispatch documentation.
* Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.
* Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and present operational data when required.
*Required Skills*
* Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics processes.
* Experience in logistics coordination and supply chain operations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, etc.).
* Experience in MIS preparation and reporting.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
