Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales & Billing Executive to manage in-store sales, assist customers, and handle billing operations efficiently. The candidate should ensure a smooth shopping experience while maintaining accuracy in transactions and inventory coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service:
Greet customers and understand their requirements
Recommend products and provide accurate information on features, pricing, and offers
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
Billing & Cash Handling:
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for billing
Generate accurate invoices and receipts
Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods
Ensure proper cash reconciliation at the end of the shift
Maintain records of daily transactions
Inventory & Store Operations:
Assist in stock management and replenishment
Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and display of products
Coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Compliance & Reporting:
Follow company policies and billing procedures
Maintain documentation for audits
Prepare daily sales and billing reports
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred)
