As an HR Executive, you will support the HR team in daily operations and contribute to strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing:
- Use various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, and social media) to source candidates.
- Maintain and update a database of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Screening & Selection:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Communicate effectively with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
- Provide timely updates to candidates regarding the status of their applications.
- Recruitment Administration:
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and monitor responses.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for analysis.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and competitor hiring strategies.
- Provide insights on industry best practices to enhance recruitment processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Candidate with 2-3 yrs of experience in HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Interest in talent acquisition and recruitment trends.
