We're Hiring | Export Growth Manager – International Business
Location: Delhi | Experience: 8–12 Years | Full-time
At Atiya Healthcare Herbs Pvt. Ltd., we're building an Ayurvedic & herbal healthcare brand with ambitions beyond India.
We're looking for an experienced Export Growth Manager who can help us accelerate our international expansion — not just manage exports, but build markets, develop distributors and create sustainable international revenue.
What you'll own:
Identify and develop new international markets
Build & manage Global distributors, importers and international channel partners
Drive export sales growth, forecasting, pricing and profitability
Develop market-entry strategies for new countries and products
Conduct market, competitor and opportunity analysis
Work closely with Supply Chain, Regulatory, QA, Finance, Production and Marketing to execute international business seamlessly
Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs and buyer-seller meets
Own end-to-end export operations — documentation, compliance, logistics
We're looking for someone with:
- 8–12 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in International Business / Export Sales / Global Business Development
- Strong experience in developing international markets and driving export revenue
- Experience with distributor/importer/channel partner development
- Strong understanding of international trade, logistics, export documentation and compliance
- Experience in Ayurveda / Herbal / Nutraceutical / Healthcare / Pharmaceutical / Wellness / FMCG is preferred
- Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
