Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely invoicing, reconciliations, and compliance with internal and external requirements. The role involves close coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to support smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
- Create and manage client invoices.
- Prepare and maintain commission reports for clinicians, ensuring correct calculations and approvals.
- Conduct month-end audits for UK vendors and support month-end closing activities.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare account statements for Third Party Vendors.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare account statements for UK and Export customers.
- Monitor and track vendor account credits and ensure proper adjustments in the accounting system.
- Maintain proper documentation and supporting records for audits and internal reviews.
- Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks and reports as required by management.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (experience with ERP systems is an advantage).
- Strong communication skills for coordination with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (preferred).
- Experience handling UK vendors, customers, and export accounts is an advantage.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
