Seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with expertise in end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions across contract, C2H, and full-time roles.
Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
Must have strong knowledge of US staffing, W2, C2C, 1099, and visa types, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures while maintaining candidate relationships.
Preferred experience: 2+ years in US IT recruitment with a proven track record of meeting hiring targets in a fast-paced staffing environment.
