The objective of the MM/ ME role is to drive exceptional in-store visibility and merchandising execution across designated MR I stores. The MM ensures that the visibility standards—such as DPSM visibility, window display execution, PMU execution, and other merchandising initiatives—are superior to the competition, especially in light of the new shopper-based store classification and significant investment in these stores.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
