Job Summary
Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure smooth plant operations and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in machines and equipment.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, motors, and lighting systems.
- Monitor and maintain electrical control panels, MCCs, and distribution systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and safe operation of electrical equipment.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Follow electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Ensure proper housekeeping in electrical areas.
Qualifications
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- 1–10 years of experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing plant.
- Experience in the steel industry will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of motors, drives, control panels, and electrical circuits.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and diagrams.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
