Job Description:
Position: Sr. Maintenance Engineer
Department: Maintenance
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of all production machines and utility equipment.
- Minimize machine downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team and allocate daily work.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for maintenance planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Manage installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery.
- Monitor utility systems such as compressors, DG sets, electrical panels, and HVAC systems.
Required Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and systems.
- Team leadership and planning abilities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
