We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Jaipur office and contribute to our business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, IT Sales, or Software Services Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of software development services, web solutions, mobile applications, and digital technologies.
- Ability to generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and other channels.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Location Requirement
- Candidate must be based in Jaipur or willing to relocate to Jaipur.
- Daily office attendance is mandatory.
- This is a Work-from-Office position; remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.
