Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in VMC, CNC machining operations, manpower supervision, production planning, and shop floor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved
- Monitor VMC and CNC machining operations for quality and productivity
- Plan and allocate work to machine operators and production staff
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments
- Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and materials
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Maintain daily production reports, machine utilization records, and shift reports
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies
- Implement 5S and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor
- Train and guide operators to improve productivity and reduce downtime
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry
