KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up, configure, and maintain Ubuntu-based dedicated servers to run PHP Laravel, Node.js, Next.js, and other web applications.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and GitHub Actions for automated build, test, and deployment.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Implement and maintain security controls for FinTech applications — encryption in transit and at rest, secrets management, network segmentation, least-privilege access, and audit logging in line with financial-grade compliance requirements.
- Configure and manage web servers (Nginx / Apache), process managers (PM2, Supervisor), and runtime environments (PHP-FPM, Node).
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration where needed.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform) for reproducible, version-controlled environments.
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK) and respond to incidents.
- Manage SSL certificates, domains, firewalls, and server hardening for security and compliance.
- Handle database setup, backups, and disaster recovery (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
- Optimize performance, cost, and scalability across infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline releases and troubleshoot deployment issues.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
- 3-5 years of professional DevOps / infrastructure experience.
- Strong Linux / Ubuntu server administration skills.
- Hands-on experience deploying and running PHP Laravel, Node.js, and Next.js applications in production.
- Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and GitHub.
- Solid working knowledge of AWS cloud services.
- Experience implementing security best practices for sensitive/financial applications — encryption, secrets management, IAM, vulnerability management, and audit/compliance readiness.
- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Proficiency with Nginx / Apache configuration.
- Scripting skills in Bash and/or Python for automation.
- Understanding of networking, DNS, SSL/TLS, and server security best practices.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
