Job Overview:
The UV Printing Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining UV printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials, ensuring all jobs meet specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate UV Printers: Set up and run UV printing machines for various materials (e.g., paper, plastic, metal).
- Quality Control: Monitor print quality, adjust settings, and ensure color accuracy.
- Maintenance: Perform regular cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshoot machine issues.
- Production Monitoring: Track output, maintain accurate records, and meet production schedules.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaboration: Communicate with production and design teams to meet job requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous UV printing experience or similar role preferred.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Manual dexterity for machine adjustments.
Working Conditions:
- Manufacturing or printing environment with exposure to inks and UV light.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
