Key Responsibilities
. Process Management: Ensuring projects are Defining, documenting, and implement quality processes and procedures. Ensure strict adherence to established standards and methodologies.
. Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor project and organizational KPIs. Analyse data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and create actionable insights for project teams and leadership.
. Compliance & Frameworks: Champion and ensure compliance with industry quality frameworks, including CMMi and ISO 9001.
. Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools, with a strong preference for Power BI, to create detailed reports and dashboards that provide visibility into quality performance.
. Risk Management: Conduct proactive process reviews and audits to identify potential risks and establish early warning systems to mitigate issues before they impact project delivery or quality.
. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement. Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and improve overall project quality.
. AI Integration: Explore and leverage AI tools and technologies to automate quality processes, predict potential issues, and enhance data analysis capabilities.
Qualifications
. Experience: 15 - 17 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality management role within a software services company.
. Expertise: Proven experience in process definition, KPI definition, monitoring, and analytics.
. Certifications: Knowledge and practical experience with CMMi and ISO 9001 frameworks is essential.
. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly Power BI. Exposure to AI/ML concepts and applications is a significant plus.
. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence change.
