Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present the agency's services, prepare proposals, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the creative and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage social media promotions, email campaigns, and marketing activities.
- Maintain client records, sales reports, and daily activity updates Excel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (advertising or media industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the agency's business growth.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
