Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
Configuring & Troubleshooting of Printers, Scanner & LAN-related issues reported by users.
Remotely resolving application problems & network problems and mail configurations through remote desktop sharing & VNC.
Maintaining Assets through Assets Inventory Book Handle the responsibilities of analyzing hardware and software issues and take necessary corrective actions to resolve.
Reporting and deputation of calls to other engineers.
Pay: ₹9,337.65 - ₹18,000.00 per month
