Role: Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily duties.
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and facilities meet cleanliness standards.
- Conduct room inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate with the front office and maintenance teams.
- Train, guide, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance.
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
- 1–3 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and safety practices.
