- Site Monitoring & Quality Control: Supervise daily on-site construction activities, including excavation, sub-grade preparation, formwork setup, reinforcement binding, and concrete pouring/curing. Ensure all work aligns with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain clear communication with the management team. Prepare and submit accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) to Senior Engineers, highlighting work completed, materials used, and any site bottlenecks.
- Activity Planning & Scheduling: Assist in planning weekly and daily construction schedules to ensure the timely completion of the project. Anticipate material and machinery requirements ahead of time to avoid downtime.
- Labor & Attendance Management: Maintain up-to-date, accurate attendance and deployment records for all site workers and subcontractors. Ensure labor safety protocols are strictly followed on-site.
- Material Tracking: Monitor the receipt, storage, and consumption of critical construction materials (cement, aggregates, steel, admixtures) on-site to prevent wastage or shortages.
- Surveying & Layout: Assist senior team members in site layout, leveling, and marking alignments using surveying instruments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
