Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counselor who will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process. This role combines counseling, inside sales, and CRM handling, where you will interact with interested candidates, understand their career goals, and convert leads into successful enrollments. Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Counsel students regarding courses, admission process, fees, and career outcomes
- Understand student needs and suggest the right program accordingly
- Convert inquiries/leads into confirmed admissions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
- Maintain and update student details, follow-ups, and status in CRM
- Conduct regular follow-ups until enrollment completion
- Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi required)
- Strong counseling and convincing skills
- Comfortable with target-based environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple follow-ups
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Admission Counseling / Inside Sales / Education Sales is mandatory
- Candidates with experience in education or counseling domain will be preferred

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
