Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare Chinese dishes (starters, noodles, momos, mains) adhering to quality, taste, and portion standards.
- Wok/Kitchen Management: Oversee the Chinese section, including inventory control and waste reduction.
- Menu Development: Create or refine menus, specializing in authentic or Indo-Chinese cuisine.
- Hygiene & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with sanitation practices and food safety standards.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
