Job Purpose
To undergo structured technical and operational training while supporting daily workshop activities, developing engineering skills and gaining practical experience to prepare for a permanent engineering role within the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all assigned technical and operational training programs.
- Learn Mahindra vehicle systems, diagnostic procedures and service standards.
- Assist Service Advisors and Technicians in vehicle inspection and diagnosis.
- Support workshop operations and monitor job progress.
- Assist in Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and quality checks of vehicles.
- Prepare and maintain service records, job cards, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
- Observe and support warranty claim documentation and service processes.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities within the workshop.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports as assigned.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
