Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Labour Coordinator to manage labour operations for civil and interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of labour laws, hands-on experience in arranging skilled and unskilled labour, coordinating with contractors, and finalizing labour payments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and arrange civil and interior labour as per project requirements
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, rules, and wage regulations
- Monitor labour attendance, productivity, and deployment at sites
- Resolve labour-related issues at site in a professional and timely manner
Requirements & Qualifications
- Any relevant Diploma or Degree
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience as a Labour Coordinator in civil/interior projects
- Strong knowledge of labour rules, statutory compliance, and wage structures
- Good communication skills in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and English
Preferred Skills
- Strong coordination and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple sites and labour teams
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Problem-solving ability with a practical approach
