Position Overview: Triumph Auto Service Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee operations at our Faridabad location. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Hyundai spare parts, practical expertise in DPOS software, and a strong background in the automobile industry. This role requires leadership, operational management, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all processes.
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels of Hyundai spare parts.
- Supervise order processing, billing, and dispatch using DPOS software.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees to achieve performance goals.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on software and product knowledge.
Customer Relations:
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer queries effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Sales and Revenue:
- Monitor sales performance and work on strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for growth and implement business development plans.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular operational and financial reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automobile industry.
- Hands-on experience with Hyundai spare parts and DPOS software is mandatory.
