INF is a Bengaluru-based architecture and BIM studio working with clients like Google, Facebook, Tesla, and Tata. We're a growing startup, and this internship offers real, hands-on exposure to how HR functions in a creative, fast-paced design firm.
About the Role
This is a learning-focused internship, eligible for academic credit for students whose college/university internship programs support it — please confirm eligibility with your institution before applying. It's ideal for a student who wants practical HR experience across the full function, not just one narrow task.
What You'll Learn / Do
- Recruitment support: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Onboarding: helping prepare offer letters, onboarding kits, and new-hire communication
- Attendance & payroll basics: exposure to how attendance and payroll processes work
- HR documentation: policy drafting, evaluation forms, HR record-keeping
- Employee engagement and internal communication support
Who We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree (HR, Business, Psychology, or related field) with an internship/credit component
- Based in or near Koramangala, Bengaluru (preferred, for easy commute)
- Genuinely interested in learning HR — not just building a resume line
- Good communication skills, proactive, comfortable with MS Office/Excel basics
- Available 5 days a week for a minimum of 2 months
