Job Summary
The Telecaller Team Leader will supervise and guide the telecalling team involved in donor communication, fundraising campaigns, awareness programs, and supporter engagement. The candidate will be responsible for achieving collection targets, monitoring team performance, training staff, and ensuring professional communication with donors and supporters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the telecalling/fundraising team on daily operations.
- Monitor team calling performance and achievement of fundraising targets.
- Train new telecallers on scripts, donor handling, and communication skills.
- Motivate the team to improve productivity and donor conversions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure proper follow-up with donors and supporters.
- Handle escalations and resolve donor concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with management for campaign planning and execution.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team.
- Ensure accurate donor data entry and CRM updates.
- Develop calling strategies to improve donations and supporter engagement.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience in telecalling, fundraising, or customer service.
- Ability to achieve targets under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Email handling).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
Qualification
- Graduate in any stream preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years experience as Team Leader or Senior Telecaller.
- NGO fundraising experience will be an added advantage.
