Naksham (nakshamastro.com) is a new-age astrology and spiritual products brand. We create content around astrology, rituals, crystals, attars, malas, and spiritual products in a modern, engaging way.
WHO WE WANT
We are looking for a confident on-camera creator with strong camera presence. You should be comfortable speaking on video, acting in short-form content, going live, answering audience questions, and making content feel natural and engaging.
This role is for someone who understands Reels, trends, hooks, and short-form videos. You should not be camera shy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shoot content daily for 4-6 hours
- Go live on Instagram / social platforms
- Answer audience questions during live sessions
- Act in Reels, Shorts, product videos, and trend videos
- Create talking-head videos and product explainers
- Help with basic editing, captions, hooks, and reel ideas
- Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats
- Bring fresh content ideas every day
REQUIREMENTS
- Confident and natural on camera
- Good speaking skills in Hindi, English, or Hinglish
- Comfortable going live and talking to viewers
- Basic acting / expression skills
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and trends
- Basic video editing skills
- Presentable, energetic, and well-groomed
- Interest in astrology, spirituality, wellness, or lifestyle content is a plus
TIMINGS & LOCATION
10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday
Office: Panchkula, Sector 9
Duration: 3 months
Hybrid possible later depending on performance

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
