Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Blogger Outreach Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in blogger outreach, guest posting, and link-building. You will be responsible for building relationships with bloggers, publishers, and website owners to secure high-quality backlinks and strengthen our SEO efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research relevant blogs, publishers, and niche websites for outreach opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bloggers, website owners, and digital publishers.
- Execute email outreach campaigns to acquire guest posting and backlink opportunities.
- Negotiate guest post placements and manage outreach communications professionally.
- Maintain and update outreach databases, contact lists, and campaign trackers.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Blogger Outreach, Guest Posting, or Link Building.
- Strong understanding of Off-Page SEO and backlink acquisition strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in email outreach and relationship management.
- Ability to research websites and evaluate domain quality using SEO metrics.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for outreach tracking and reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of On-Page SEO.
- Experience with content marketing and digital PR.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads or Google Ads is a plus.
- Familiarity with WordPress and content publishing workflows.
