INDSTAFF is a growing HR Consultancy focused on Recruitment, Payroll, Staffing, and Compliance services for Startups, MSMEs, and Corporate Clients. We are looking for energetic and target-oriented professionals to join our business growth team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential business leads through LinkedIn, portals, social media, cold calling, email campaigns, and online research
- Build and maintain a strong database of prospects and clients
- Initiate communication with HRs, business owners, and decision-makers
- Schedule meetings for Business Development team
- Understand client hiring requirements and business needs
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly
- Maintain lead tracking reports and CRM data
- Support marketing and business development activities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
- Confidence in calling and emailing clients
- Strong internet research skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Positive attitude and self-motivation
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in sales, telecalling, recruitment, or lead generation preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
