· Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate person or department.
· Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence such as postal couriers, consignments etc.
· Maintain office filing systems (electronic and physical) and thereby ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents.
· Circulate the notice/ circular and obtain acknowledgements accordingly
· Maintain office supplies and inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock at all times.
· Coordinate with administrative staff in conducting office events, functions, festivals etc.
· Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures.
· Support admin staff in their works as and when required
Ensure to maintain confidentiality and profeessionalism at all times.
Pay: Up to ₹260,000.00 per year
