Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
- Technical Software Skills: Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TCS iON) and advanced production scheduling software.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong capability in analyzing production data to spot inefficiencies and reduce operational waste.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly adapt schedules in response to supply chain disruptions or sudden shifts in customer demand.
