We are hiring for a US Voice/Voice Blended Processes, handling customer support across voice channels.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via calls
- Provide accurate resolutions and maintain quality standards
- Document interactions and meet performance targets
Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ months International Call/Blended process experience (mandatory)
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Must be comfortable to work in rotational shifts
- As per role requirements, applicants should be 35 years or below.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
