Job Summary
As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and coordinating with the Sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Explain project details and address customer inquiries.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the Sales team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure timely lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Pre-Sales, Customer Support, or Real Estate is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Candidates
- Prior experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales will be an added advantage.
- Candidates residing in or near Chanda Nagar, Miyapur, Hafeezpet, Lingampally, Madinaguda, BHEL, or nearby areas are preferred.
