About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our business in the Indore market. The role involves extensive field work, client interaction, product demonstrations, customer onboarding, and relationship management.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in meeting clients, and the ability to explain products/services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit prospective and existing clients across Indore
- Explain company products/services to clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Generate leads and convert them into customers
- Assist clients during onboarding and initial setup
- Provide basic customer support and coordination
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and support
- Collect customer feedback and market insights
- Achieve assigned sales targets
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Field Operations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with extensive field work and client visits
- Basic understanding of technology/software products is preferred
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
- Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented personality
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
- Preferred language proficiency: Hindi and English

- Good understanding of the Indore market
- Experience in B2B sales or client onboarding
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Compensation
- Contract-based payout / fixed monthly compensation
Pay: ₹10,450.16 - ₹20,000.00 per month
