are looking for a proactive and customer-focused WhatsApp Sales & E-commerce Executive to handle customer inquiries, convert leads into sales, manage online orders, and assist with our website operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
● Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
● Assist customers in selecting handloom sarees and provide product information.
● Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
● Schedule and coordinate video call appointments with customers.
● Process and track online orders.
● Update and manage products, inventory, and content on the website.
● Coordinate with the sales, billing, and dispatch teams.
● Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer queries.
● Maintain daily records of inquiries, orders, and customer interactions.
Requirements
● 1–3 years of experience in customer support, WhatsApp sales, or e-commerce.
● Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
● Good computer skills, including MS Excel and email.
● Basic knowledge of Shopify or any e-commerce platform is preferred.
● Strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
