Clinical Responsibilities
- Diagnosis and Treatment: Conduct routine examinations and use diagnostic tools like X-rays to identify oral diseases, injuries, or malformations.
- Restorative Procedures: Perform common treatments such as filling cavities, root canals, and fitting crowns, bridges, or dentures.
- Surgical Interventions: Carry out minor oral surgeries, including tooth extractions and the removal of diseased tissue.
- Preventive Care: Administer fluoride treatments and sealants, and provide cleanings or scaling to maintain patient oral hygiene.
- Pain Management: Administer local anesthetics or sedation and prescribe necessary medications like antibiotics or analgesics.
- Administrative and Leadership Tasks
- Patient Records: Maintain detailed and accurate electronic or written records of patient histories, treatments, and follow-up plans.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee and provide clinical guidance to dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff.
- Quality & Governance: Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement activities, and adhere to strict health and safety regulations (e.g., sterilization protocols).
- Patient Education: Instruct patients and their families on proper oral hygiene techniques and the long-term impact of oral health on general well-being
Should have minimum qualification as BDS should have good clinical expertise.Passionate to grow as dentist
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
