Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the CEO’s daily calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare and maintain Meeting Minutes (MOM) and follow up on action items
Coordinate internal and external meetings efficiently
Create presentations, reports, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Handle professional communication and occasional cold calling when required
Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Assist in planning and organizing business activities
Travel across India when required
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Professional and presentable personality
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Flexible and willing to travel when required
Preferred Candidate

Candidates located near Bhandup or Central Line preferred
