Salary Structure:
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
- Freshers: Salary will be offered based on interview performance, communication skills, and marketing knowledge
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) – Marketing to generate leads, develop client relationships, and support company sales and marketing activities. The candidate will play a key role in expanding business opportunities and increasing company revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Generate and qualify leads for company products/services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Marketing Activities
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage social media inquiries and online branding efforts.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and business events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain customer and lead data in CRM/software.
Reporting
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities and client communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
