Embed the insurance value proposition and entrench it as an anchor product to strengthening customer relationship and loyalty

Focus on building strong insurance expertise & bench strengths with Certified RM’s

Strengthen SCB in the local market as leader of bancassurance offering unique value proposition

Key Responsibilities

Strengthen SCB in the local market as leader of bancassurance offering unique value proposition

Strategy

Provide direction, guidance to SME RM’s, TL’s, ZH’s of SME in the Zone to lead the Bancassurance business.
To set performance management standards as per Scorecard.
To embed distribution capabilities through RM activation.

Governance

Ensure appropriate operational procedures in place to uphold and monitor activities to ensure compliance
Always reinforce conduct and values to team members
