Job Description – Software TesterKey Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution
Design, develop, and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
Perform manual and automated testing across web, desktop applications.
Defect Management
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and verify fixes.
Automation Frameworks
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python, Selenium, PyTest, or Robot Framework.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
Performance & Security Testing
Conduct load, stress, and performance testing using JMeter or equivalent.
Support basic security testing to ensure compliance with standards.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare test plans, test reports, and maintain testing documentation.
Provide clear, structured feedback to stakeholders on product quality.
Collaboration
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Requirements

Experience: 2–5 years in software testing (manual + automation).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Core Skills:
Manual testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT).
Automation testing with CPP>>> related tools.
Familiarity with SQL for database validation.
Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes.
MV models( Object detection and segmentation models)
UI-UX testing

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
